1. Make a duplicate of the layer "yellow fractal" and move it to the very top of the stack of layers. Name it "orange fractal"

2. Make sure the image layer is selected and not the layer mask. Also make sure your iris selection is active (marching ants around edge of iris).

3. Now fill that selection with orange (alt-backspace). I used RGB 255, 144, 0.

4. Click on the layer mask (paintbrush icon will turn into a circle)

5. Filter Menu -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur, Amount = 2.3

6. Image Menu -> Adjust -> Levels, Input levels: 42, 1.00, 217

7. Filter Menu -> Blur -> Radial Blur, Amount = 30.

8. Change the layer opacity to 10%
