(4) the fabricated murderof Ethyl Durkin, who in 1983 slipped,
fell and died six weeks later in Lakewood Hospital, and in 1988 was declared
murdered resulting in the subsequent incarceration for seven years of Oscar
Henderson and Richard Eberling.
