My heartfelt thanks to artist/sculptor Judy Mitchell for creating "Air Fancy/Ground Chuck".
I first "discovered" Judy when I stumbled across one of her clay treasures out at eBay. As you can see from the picture below, I became an instant fan of her tiny clay Irish Setters and, after visiting her web site , I asked Judy if she'd consider a commission to do Fancy and Kirby in bronze. I pointed her to my June 2005 web page and told her my favorite was the one I called Air Fancy and Ground Chuck. As you can well imagine, getting (and keeping) Fancy airborne was one of several challenges that Judy faced (and overcame beautifully :-). The end result is a work of art worth sharing with my visitors and one that'll bring a smile to my face for the rest of life.
Thanks again Judy! (Oh, and Kirby and Fancy send their hairy red regards to your Weims :-)
