Meet in a biweekly writer's group -- reading, workshopping, and commenting on Member Playwrights' scripts; attending Play House rehearsals, seminars, readings, and other developmental programs.
Write dramaturgical/program notes; give pre-curtain talks; lead audience talkbacks.
Produced & managed all phases of theater's play development activity: script selection, dramaturgy, staffing (directors, designers, actors, administrative, & discussion leaders), scheduling, marketing, grant writing, fund raising.
Festival Director of annual Festival of New Plays (through Twelfth) -- Ohio's most extensive -- which I designed & built from its inception: producing staged readings of 172 new works by 117 national & regional playwrights
Dramaturg/adviser for all new theater works presented at CPT in full production (2-4 premieres each year, over half the production schedule)
